Mariya Palanjian is a serial entrepreneur with extensive expertise in smart city marketing and tech startups, bringing together a proprietary process that harnesses community centered city takeover marketing campaigns, utilizing advanced technology.

She owns two companies: Globafly - a smart city marketing agency with Fortune 500 clientele including The New York Times, Mercedes-Benz, Infiniti, Next Trucking, and a plethora of government entities. Her second company is Romaleaf.com - an organic Hemp CBD brand with a flagship store in Studio City. Its mission is to add relief to people's routines. Roma Leaf has been featured in national outlets including GQ, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Good Day LA/Fox11 and others.

Mariya currently hosts Startup to Success, a Los Angeles podcast, where she reveals her unfiltered journey of running her companies while gathering key insights and best practices from some of today's most influential people, ranging from professionals to celebrities who have contributed positively to their city.

With an MBA from Woodbury University, Mariya is passionate about motivating individuals to achieve success in entrepreneurism. She is a devoted women empowerment speaker and educator. She lives in the Los Angeles area with her husband and three children.
